Definition of Disbursements: Disbursements are any third party expenses incurred on your transaction. They include couriers, title and tax related searches and a software transaction charge. Costs associated with Estoppel and Insurance Certificates for Condos, and Real Property Reports for single family homes are not included as they are specific to the property and vary greatly. Title Insurance costs are not included in any quote unless specifically requested. We DO NOT charge for internal costs such as photocopying, postage, faxing, administration fees, file opening/closing fees, cheque writing fees and similar items.
